I have no like for Spurs (some on here may back me up on this <laugh>), but if you watch that Kane tackle without the blinkers and faux horror you will see he actually pulled his foot out of the way (swung his leg forward) and caught the lad with the side of his football slipper. Nothing like a straight studs out foot to the leg.
Leg saving movement in truth and at speed too <ok>
Shocking that you can turn Kane's studs up leg breaker tackle I to him doing robbo a favour.

No agenda tho lads, nuffin to see here<laugh>

Tbf Sucky, you enjoyed the same I'm sure when Gerrard got away with it for the same reason (ie. English player loverfest). After Kane, he and John Terry are without doubt the next most protected England player over the past 20 years.
I shouldn't but i will mention Scholsey and the old "he can't tackle" thing <laugh>
Never hurt a player though <ok>

<laugh>

See post above.

Nowhere near the protection of Gerrard and John Terry though.
Protected more you mean.

Least them two could actually tackle. 90% of gingers were straight reds that wernt given cos the ref fancied a glass of wine with the alchy afterwards. <laugh>

His were mis-timed. He just wasn't very good at tackling <whistle>
"Of course I can tackle. There's plenty of evidence of me being able to tackle.
"I was just getting people back. If someone got me early in the game, it was always in the back of my mind that I needed to get them back." - Paul Scholes

Came back after that admission and still got away with it! <laugh>

I remember near the start of one season, I think it was 2008/9 when Livpl were playing (can't remember who) and Stevie Me jumped over someone's leg (a clear foot over btw) which happened to be a player who'd gone down in front of him in the box and he got awarded a pen. The scouse pundits in the studio tried to claim no contact was needed to award the pen ffs <laugh>

That's the one. I was going to say Sheffield United, it was in the back of my mind but couldn't be sure.

Fcking embarrassing decision that.
Why? It's a pen, pretty obvious that Jagielka kicks his trailing leg and causes him to fall over.
Stevie Me is still a **** though.

It was accepted by all concerned he never touched him. Hence why the scouse pundits trying to claim at the time contact wasn't required.

On the subject of prolific divers and cheats.

Drogba still tops the list of cheating snide ****s
