Rather like the last match Semenyo missed a good chance to put us up 2-0 and then we capitulate. And to think that I had to get up at 4.30 am to watch this garbage.

Scott looks like he has a shoulder injury and may come off.

That’s generally what happens when so many young kids are in the team. NP has to take a long hard look at himself over todays selection. He has far more experience available to him, but repeatedly ignores it. If we were playing well and getting results then he’s vindicated in that choice, but when it doesn’t work, as it isn’t now, he’s going to come under fire.

Perhaps this is a tactical reminder to the suits?

What spend over a million on a defender and not play him when playing a player recalled from a non league club?

NP has frozen/fallen out with Wells, Palmer, Bentley and DaSilva who are all better than players playing in their positions today. Why can’t NP get more from them? It will be his undoing for me, I think the moment is getting closer when the fans lose patience with his poor tactical choices and team selections!

Giving away possession too easily. Too many youngsters for me. Towler for Atkinson seems to have backfired too.

How on earth can we go from a team looking very good in the first 10 minutes to a bunch of guys who don't look like they even know each other? Players are getting the ball and have no outlets let alone opportunities. Our defence is almost non-existent and certainly invisible to say the least and we have to move up a shed load of effort to get back in this one. The boos were certainly heard at the close of the half and just wait if we throw away another 3 points at home for the deserved crowd response. TBH we are absolutely shocking in just about all areas of the pitch and it makes me wonder what the hell they work on at practice but even worse for me is the seeming lack of Nigel Pearson's ability to get this lot playing as a team rather than a bunch of guys who should be up on the downs.

We are so bad that Sky have put the WBA games on our choice in the Red button, as well as in their own game, to save us fans the pain of watching this dross

Just to add fuel to the fire - our bench Bentley/Atkinson/DaSilva/Massengo/Martin/Wells/Conway - I reckon there is about 16 or £17m sat on that bench, it must be tactical with 7 academey lads playing, I hope the suits are watching.

The next 45 minutes are critical for us and if Nigel can't get this lot actually looking like a unified team then for me the jury will come down heavily on him, and rightly so based on his total lack of effect on our form since he arrived. I may sound harsh but let's get real here and not beat around the bush anymore. We can't blame the referee for this mess because it's all down to our lack of anything.

    Double City substitution
Chris Martin and Han-Noah Massengo are on for City with Benarous and Towler off. Surely a change of system now as well.

To me it shows what an arrogant idiot NP is. If he can’t motivate and coach them with all his experience, then he should be shown the door by SL! In the current financial crisis, there is no money, you have to work with what you have. It’s high time NP got on board with this as managers at every club in this division have, and start showing his ability. Petulant shows to the board are not the answer!

    interesting conundrum .
3 year contract probably on about 50k a week.....
get sack = handshake of £4-5m
jack it in by mutual [ always say mutual dont they ] = £500k+
play all the wrong players [ fans assumption ] and turns sour, see above...
play all wrong players and it sort of comes good ... see above
play all wrong players put in shop window avoid relegation .. see above
play all wrong players wrong tactics relegated ... see above

so far his signings have not added a lot! high lights ... Simpson cost game .. King sent off = lost game Tanner injured .... etc etc

Watching what? We’ve a manager who would rather play with youth than that lot on the bench? We’re losing so they will only see a manager who does not know what he’s doing.
