This has to be the end of his technical defences surely. He has to deal with the case on the merits. It already looks shoddy that a member of the Royal Family should try these litigation tactics. Apparently his lawyers have confirmed that he hasn't a single document to prove he has a medical condition that prevents him sweating, and no one can confirm he was at the pizza parlour. The serious point is that Andrew told anyone in the Palace who was offering advice that these things could happen, to **** off out of his office. And he was backed up by the Queen. This has to change going forwards. Royals must no longer be able to act in such an autonomous and feudal way. Someone, Palace or Government must have ultimate control over them including the sovereign. If they won't agree, they cease to be working Royals, like Harry.

The woman accusing him was 17 when he shagged her (three times supposedly), and she appears from the photos to have been perfectly willing. 'Trafficked' seems to me to be an extreme characterisation of what appears to have been, ' Fancy shagging a Prince?', 'Yeah, alright then'.
