Ramsay is a familiar name for a Saints RB following Sir Alf and Kayne. (although Sir Alf's is spelt with an e)
Yes he is. I don’t think it’s a priority position but as an investment I think that’s a no brainer. Him and Hill should be targeted by any PL team with spare cash and a squad spot for extra bodies in defence. They are players just waiting for a showcase before a big money move.
Calvin used to be a regular at Aberdeen Parkrun on a Saturday morning, rain hail or shine, when he was a nipper. He was out running as hard as he could when other 11/12/13 year olds were still in their scratchers. Great attitude.
As weird as it is to be looking at RB's when probably the best 2 players at the club are RB's, Livramento is so good we almost know he will be off in a season or 2. So having a good back up for KWP means we would get to reinvest the full £40m(?) On the rest of the playing squad. Obviously with our budget restraints it is more important to bolster elsewhere, but if we can get another cheap youngster and build him up, it could work well.
The Times suggesting that Santiago Ascacíbar from Herta Berlin would be a good signing for us (amongst others). Highly rated DM. They're not suggesting we're after him, just that he'd be good.
