well NP interview was interesting. He looks fresh but a bit wary of his answers at times! Very unlikely almost impossible that we will get any loan players .. as for transfers out seems likely Nahki is part of his plans.. didnt talk about offloading a lot during January. didnt knock the squad.. which he did a while ago, in fact stated will need a lot of money to replace the squad we have... sounded like he hopes we keep fixtures ticking along, and brushed across most of the squad is jabbed have upped him a point in ratings out of 10 ......lol
He criticised the squad because they deserved and still deserve to be criticised. At least he unlike some threw named individuals under the bus, something he also did a couple of weeks ago when criticising his young striker who had scored 2 goals in a game.

QPR in advanced talks to sign Bristol City midfielder to boost Premier League promotion bid It's been another frustrating campaign for the Chelsea academy graduate as he's been unable to hold down a starting spot under Nigel Pearson https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/qpr-bristol-city-midfielder-promotion-6429127
Let’s hope so. Not a terrible player and a shame it’s not working out - but we need him off our wage bill.
Palmer will be a perfect player for QPR and a great replacement for Chair during the African cup of nations. If he fails here he might as well pack up. Good luck to him.

I wouldn't be heartbroken if he left as I feel he has never really come up to par for the price. He puts in a reasonable shift most times out but sometimes he tends to overdo it and momentum is lost when he tries to do it all. We have had far too many like him who rarely seem to set our world alight and we spend wasted years waiting for the expected return on investment. Should it be the case that he stays he needs to up his ante before I can be convinced that he's a diamond in the rough capable of sparkling.
Bundesliga club ready to spend up to £6m on Bristol City midfielder Han-Noah Massengo Reports in Germany indicate that 20-year-old is part of Freiburg's long-term transfer plans https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/bundesliga-club-ready-spend-up-6435919
I thought we splashed out a bit more than that to buy him, at least there wouldnt be a fee for profit made when reselling him it would be another financial loss ... unless we asked for a 50% selling on fee .... HNM is a player we should get signed up on a 4 year contract at least £10k a week annual increase+ bonuses and automatic release of £30m in first 2 years.... we need to tie down at least 5 of our youngsters to 4 year terms on min£4k to £8k weekly...............
I read on OTIB we paid out 2.8 mill for him with a load of add ons. I suspect we’ve possibly paid out a a bit on appeareances but not a lot more. So we will be making money on him. Not as much as we hoped, but Covid has devalued a lot of players. So we are stuck with the values for players now. With what money, do we pay him more? Plus third in the Bundersleague, with a chance of Champions League v 14th and struggling in the English championship. Yeah I can see him choosing us.
Tough choices, I’d rather we kept him, but as Rod says will we even have a choice, would he chose to go in which case get as much for him as we can, in these depressed time what we paid is kinda immaterial, I’d still rather keep him if we can, I’d personally sell Bents or free up wages by trying to offload KP, Dasilva and even Wells in order to try to keep our younger players together and build a team around them.
I thought I read somewhere we tied up £8m with him [HNM] ... could be wrong or slightly out... need a feeding frenzy, trouble is when a player gets attention their form goes!
We need to tie up our young jewels in the crown, Next season we could have a young and exciting side. Personally I would slap a £10 million price tag on his head, along with Scott. Next season the Pearson Babes could take the championship by storm!
