Think you are missing the point, Den. You said would people be using it as an excuse to miss **** events. I compared a Cup game against a PL side to one against a lower league side as an example where they might do this, feel safe in a big crowd but then not go to the smaller one. Chelsea was an example of people suddenly appearing and then disappearing again. Now they have an excuse.
