Hopefully we now get to send this joke of a club down when we play the rearranged game.

It’s far more likely that the game happens when we have a bunch of key injuries and they have a bunch of new players and we lose

    Yes - I know I am a pessimist

But we have a fixture pile up ourselves and can’t sign new players in January

Hopefully they can be rearranged during parts of January as it seemed like a relatively empty month

Hope we absolutely rinse them when it comes around to being rescheduled.

We should have done this last season at the peak of our injury crisis, would have left about 12 fixtures to be rescheduled or something absurd.

If we have as much as 1 key player out by the rescheduled fixture we should request postponement.

It wasn’t in the rules last season

And remember - we couldn’t beat this lot BEFORE they get to sign any new players

So it would be nice if we beat them but it is going to depend on a lot

At least Salisu will now miss the FA Cup game, which he would have been rested in anyway. And the next time we play a PL game, we should have a fully fit squad (Covid permitting). It's not all bad news. I'd rather have played the match on Sunday of course and the PL need to get a grip on things for sure.

Every other team should now force postponement of every game against Newcastle where they are anything less than full strength.

Hopefully they get 4 games on the last week of the season.

I do kind of hope that Everton at least do the same to Newcastle when the rearranged game comes up. Call it off late

But you know they will change the rules and teams that do this in a month or so’s time will
    be forced to play

Although that could cause lawsuits if they do that

Thank you. Was beginning to think I was the only person left on earth, who still felt that way. If you have something to say, say it; but spare me the outbursts of emotional self indulgence.

They really have generated a clusterfuck.

Should have just bit the bullet and had a 2-3 week shut down to level off cases, followed by reintroduction of the Covid bubble and daily LFT.

PCR better than LFT but where are all the test kits coming from?
