You assumed correct there is no difference in the volume or make up of the vaccine given, it’s merely terminology.

The original advice was that the best results would be if it was an mRNA vaccine for the 3rd dose, so those who had AZ (which isn’t mRNA) were given Pfizer where possible at centres.

 

Think i'd heard that apart from a small amount needed for particular patients all our AZ stock has been given to the world body for distributing Govt given vaccines to poor countries .

 

Cheers mate, and yes, that's exactly the pattern of jabs that I had. Two AZ's and one Pfizer (plus flu).

It is a bizarre thing to do...all it does is give ammo to those who oppose mask wearing and the anti vaxxers, in his position I would have worn one.

Got tbh though, I ain't sure why you need a mask in the open air. Thought it was OK not to wear them in the seats but you needed to wear them when you go inside for the bog or for food/drink

Depends where I am, in a shop or on a crowded street ill wear it. Otherwise nah

 

I wear them whenever I am inside a shop or on public transport... tbh I never stopped from when we were first advised to do so in 2020 ... generally I stay away from crowds at the best of times. I can only deal with them at football. Anywhere else they just piss me off in all honesty.

Wearing them in school can be difficult cos our kids get really stressed if they can't see your face...they tend to think you are angry with them if they can't see your whole face so in class I don't wear them but do when I leave the class.

 

Need to get yourself a decent hair net mate.

Feck, just returned a positive lateral flow and had Mrs post my PCR test.

fingers crossed all jabs and the new treatments keep me okay.
If not then Sucky can have my Avi.

 

hope the PCR comes back as negative and it was the LFT was just a false negative .
Do you start taking the new treatments now or do you wait for the PCR result ?

 

wait for PCR. Feel fine at moment apart from cold like symptoms so not gonna panic. If within a certain time frame I can have new treatments I understand.
