    Magic, have you uncovered something here? Is this (possible) purchase of a Championship keeper simply a way of getting Saints fans to provide backing to Alex and Fraser, just by giving us fans someone worse as a comparison? It seems an expensive way of getting the fans onside, but it could be a long-term piece of psychology by the new owner (whenever that happens)

    I doubt it. I live in Bristol and know a fair few Bristol City fans and they don’t rate him to put it bluntly.

    I seem to recall we have been linked to him a number of times before so could just be a rehash of an old rumour
