I genuinely didn’t think we could keep playing decent football and get out of this league.

Looks like we could actually piss it. The thing that’s really come on for me is we do not shirk anything.

We can’t be bullied. Everyone tries.

I think I've always assumed that they'd only sign if we went up given their pedigree, doesn't look like that's going to be a problem.

Canny from Kimpioka for his goal, didn't snatch at the chance and try to hit it first time, then megs the keeper which looked intentional to me. Some composure there which is what we want to see from him.

Loved his reaction as well, looked emotional.

The club feels in great shape.

He has us playing lovely football. All I would ask when we lose a couple is we remember this style of football. It has been a long time since we had a front foot manager and we will do well to get anyone of his ability and mentality in league one. This sort of manager is a matchadr in heaven for us as fans, when we are at it.

Bit early to say but it looks like Johnson's psychological shenanigans are doing the trick on Kimpioka. Ultimatums and whatnot to get him to knuckle down.

Aye everything looks rosy and I don't see anything happening to disrupt it. We've already had our share of injuries, it hasn't affected us and we've got the January window coming up with what I assume is one of the best team of scouts etc in the league.

Kevin Kyle saying they were honking. We made them look bad as I have said before they were completely deflated, but this isn't a team that is on a terrible run so is deflated before it even kicks off (we know what that is like). We didn't give them a second on the ball and they were chasing shadows when we had it, even in the box! They were sick as **** by the end and even tried a few dark arts trying to wind Gooch up for example, it was working for about 3 minutes until Johnson had a word and he calmed down and had a huge hand in number 4 instead of losing his head.

Gooch has been class recently and I have always thought he was a hard worker but lacked end product but recently he has had the lot! And he has so much fire and passion for the club. So good to see him playing so well.

Aye second Gooch. I’d just about tossed it in in him but he’s found that hit recently, hopefully keeps it up.

We’ve barely mentioned the quality of that hat trick by the way, first 2 were superbly taken.

He’s been a great find that lad, he’s just got a bit of something about him.

    Yeah 2 things.

Didn’t realise how well Pritch did for the second. What a player he’s looking now.

And aye, agree with earlier post, Benji meant that. Great take.

Kimoioka’s goal was sublime. Touch and finish from a ball played in at pace. Did extremely well.

I think he knows he’s in “last chance saloon” and maybe Johnson is working magic with him.

Come on then admit it who had 5-0 on their slip?

Wasn't it nice to sit and enjoy a performance like that. Hard to criticise anybody and hard to pick a MOTM - obviously Stewart with a hat trick but good shouts for Pritch who just seems to get better - Dejaku who has greatly surprised me . A decent shout for Evans who just made things tick over.

Unsung heroes today the back 4 - Bailey Wright has really done well (I thought he was not good enough - got that wrong) and Flannagan looks a canny centre half and really looks after Doyle

I think so, I think he's seen the potential and the problems and come up with a plan.

Yeah just watched it on Quest and he didn't have a clue bless him. Fancy him to get quite a few more in his career, he's a big ****er for his age, has natural composure and seems to have some natural attacking instincts.

Maybe it'll be with us, who knows.

I think he expected it to be disallowed, he seemed to want to know it was going to count before celebrating.
