    Got a nice day on today;

    Sort all the recycling for collection tomorrow. If the wind drops, maybe a little bike ride with my daughter.

    Hour on the beach to walk dog late afternoon before a pub meal out. Be nice to eat food cooked by someone else and drink freely, with people outside of our household.

    She's driving too.

    Going over friends tomorrow, food and drinks for adults and dominoes for the kids. My eldest wants to stay at ours with some mates. Ten of them!

    No ****ing chance of that many.

    Tried my new micro amp out tonight, easy enough to set up, just so many amp settings which take some getting use to. All colour coded as well, which looking at an online review can be confusing, because you are looking at 12 settings just on the first amp button, then another 12 on the effects, then another two stages after that, feel a number setting would have been better. But amazing to think, such a tiny piece of kit can power a guitar and pump out sound like it with out any need for leads/cables!

    Got back from London. What an overpriced ****hole full of arseholes that place is, thank fck I don't live there. Nothing typified it more than some **** videoing himself walking around Urban Outfitters ffs probly about to post it on TikTok or some ****e, and a long queue of complete fckwits standing around outside an open Apple store on Regents Street <doh>

    Highlights were the theatre show, 2:22 A Ghost Story with the bloke off the Inbetweeners. And also taking the kids to the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park which was incredible tbf. Lots of shopping (which has probably cleaned me out) and site seeing apart from that. Overall an enjoyable break with the kids and they loved it so all's good.

    Work starts Tuesday so going to enjoy doing absolutely fck all until then!

    No way I'd go there for myself. It was worth it for the kids though and really all came about because of the show.

    Btw best meal I had was at a Lebanese place called Al-Balad on Edgware road. Lamb shank that just melted off the bone.

    And wtf is Bubble Tea? Crazy **** which my kids knew more about than me.

    Yeh I like the pink tea. Kashmiri spiced tea I think?

    Bubble gum? Bloody hell. I always look out for the halwa in asian sweets. Carrot, Hapshi whatever, they're proper moorish.
