I remember listening to Tim Vickery when Chelsea bought Luiz.Vickery's opinion was that Luiz was good going forward but he didn't rate him as a defender

He defends well but has to learn not to be impulsive. AVB is just the guy to straighten him out. Although Luiz did nudge Helga it's quite clear the cheating ****pig decided to dive a second or two after contact. Boswinga's was a yellow at best because JT was covering plus it was 6 of 1 & half a dozen of the other but mysteriously Foy who was cock a hoop after being headhunted by the Old Trafford drunk punished only one. <grr>

With a performance like that United won't have much training to do.<ok>

So long as Luiz continues to bless and inspire Torres, who then scores, who cares?

David is fine by me, but please understand what I'm saying. He should't be allowed to play anywhere near the penalty area. We cant have Petr having to face a penalty every game!

It's inexperience in this league, he'll work on it. With the penalty today, he had an oppertunity to jump for the ball as it came into the area which he should've taken instead of allowing Helga to gain possession. There was no need for him to do anything and in that case I think he has a bit of a poor temperament. Still think he's a class CB.

His 23 he needs time. If lampard wern't in the way of that overhead kick we'd be praising him, defenders make mistakes simple as

Exactly. And he uses Tea-Tree shampoo, which means that opposing forwards don't get covered in dandruff.

Dont ever believe using Tea Tree shampoo is a guarantee against dandruff! It didn't work for me, but now I use a Waitrose thing that the Mrs buys and I'm squeaky clean again!

Luiz played like a **** today. He needs to be taken down a peg or two. He couldn't even be arsed running back half the time when we were down to 9 men and he had ****ed off up front.

    He is not a defender.

AVB should drop him against Arsenal. God knows those girls don't need an excuse to throw themselves on the floor crying at the ref to bring back the death penalty every time an opponent breathes on them.

All defenders push and barge and grab, all are fouls and penalties in in the box. As a rule the attackers respond in kind. As a guess I'd say there is such an incident at ever corner kick. Were there a dozen or so penalties yesterday? Nope, but there should of been to the letter of the law. So what is going on? Only people who can tell us are the FA. So long as there is a say one in twenty chance of being penalised it will continue. It is a crazy compromise waited for the one time a ref may say OK I'll do this one, because that one he picks could be a penalty and change the entire game.

QPR fan in peace. Had you kept 11 players on the pitch, you would have raped us. However, I think David Luiz can be a bit of a liability. We were ****ing dreadful and could not score against 9 men. Half the time it looked as if WE had 2 players sent off! A good result for us, but I fear what will happen against any of the top six sides.

Cheers SW6. I call it as I see it. We didn't manage ONE corner FFS. That for me is the story of the game. Good luck to you guys too.

Think Cole's ban only affects the Everton game so we should have him for Arsenal.

As well as Bos and Drogba counting as 1 of their 3. AVB has said the "reserve" side we played in the last round will continue until they win the trophy or get knocked out, so none of them would have played anyway!
