    It was on there before here, so that means safc fans are checking news desperately hoping to find some news to help their plight

    I just know if was the other way around it would be my worst nightmare, but of course they can't just admit it.. They don't want to give us the satisfaction, but we all have it anyway. It just makes it more enjoyable knowing the truth.

    I particularly like the "I wouldn't want these owners line" <laugh>

    Look, we're all hypocrites when it comes to our teams. Some Chelsea and City fans I know don't think they've bought their recent trophies. Leeds fans don't think the 70s team was dirty as hell, notwithstanding that they were supremely talented as well. I've said it before and I'll say it again; I would love the Saudi money, but I would baulk at ownership by the regime. It really is that bad. Overall, I have to admit I would have stomached it, if it had happened to us, but everyone's going to hate you just the same. I hated you before, so it doesn't change anything for me, but it will be hard to watch you get good by spending big.

    That said, come the next Saudi brutality, I shall be taking the piss in full :)

    You don't half talk crap sometimes, Royston. Busy "crushing our souls" while trying to avoid relegation? Stay up before you give me all the "guaranteed success" routine. Anyway, I was supporting the lads back in 1987 when we went down to the 3rd tier for the first time and I'm still supporting them now. And your Keegan-era team was harder to bear than anything that'll come via the Saudi chequebook TBH. That was a team put together the right way and they played great football, even if they still won **** all <laugh>
