Sorry William. I set up this little competition that is named in honour of Mr Sheep for all his grand efforts in the past.
But i was told to send my predictions to mr sheep.(confushious say rape is imposible woman run faster with skirt up than man with trousers down.)
Well we got there in the end........but if you look at the Noddy instructions, I say send to ME!!! Results soon.......internet here in Austria is at best variable. I note semis are two legs so we can get to the correct final without a dummy round.
Please check I have everything correct. In the meantime, I will post the results and we can see who progresses.
Rumney the man of the moment!!! Bluescull progre3ssed due to three correct scorers. William got an effective bye but scored well in any case. It would have been a hard score to overcome. clingo crept through due to my predicting a draw while everyone else said a win for Chelsea. BT's single correct scorer saw him progress v LLF. Mr Sheep's correct score overcame Dai. Sparkey was the only one who needed a tiebreaker to beat BfB. But his call of 20 minutes was pretty spot on....I saw it as on 21 minutes, i recall. Irish was the only other one with a correct result to resoundingly beat Nin.
None of us got the Liverpool result but all who tried got the Arsenal one.........an extra time goal robbed LLF of a correct score which would have seen him progress instead of BT. We all fared badly on scorers but that is probably due to the strange sides put out with lots of second stringers. Most scorer successes were with Leicester and Brentford to the extent we might be considered to have had some success. Now, on to the next round which will predict the first legs of the semis. It will be a random draw for opponents...…facilitated by excel.
Not that it matters, but I predicted Saka to score for Arsenal. I realise Salah plays for Liverpool - doesn't he?...........

Just clocked this - I can't stand a bad loser. Bluey - I can see where you're coming from with that goal for Brentford as Pontus Jansson did score - but unfortunately for Chelsea.........
