Just one of a growing bunch of half decent ex pros who the media think have opinion that is worth reporting when in truth most fans are more clued up than these bitter ex-players who are generally just bitter.

    Let's not forget Chris Sutton

Every time he opens his mouth you get the feeling he's PO'd that his former strike partner at Blackburn got the punditry opportunities he never got

I'm generally happy with the pundits they have. Seem fairly likeable guys providing you don't take their opinions too seriously.

I agree because Klopp and Tuchel have virtual immortality after their CL wins. Arsenal fans are divided on Arteta and Tottenham fans seem to be skeptical about Conte (but that is more down to backing than his managerial credentials).

If Conte were to win the thing beating West Ham, Chelsea and Arsenal en route it would arguably the best thing any manager has achieved at the club this side of 2000 - I think he would have the same kind of immortality Klopp and to a lesser extent Tuchel have at their respective clubs.

Just a reminder, Juande Ramos won the same trophy beating Chelsea in the final and annihilating Arsenal in the semis, and he has not achieved immortality with our fanbase

...unless you count being a warning from history to be immortality, anyway

Maybe all the wealthy owner/pot hunters put us back a lot since we won anything.Mind you.team spirit and a lot of luck got us to the CL Final before our luck run out with a 15 second penalty!

Winning a trophy will endear him to fans but winning the league cup will not give him immortality at Spurs.

One goal for Kane today puts him equal top (with Robbie Fowler) premier league boxing day scorer on 9. A brace will give him another outright record, bloody one season wonder.
