The recent Omicron Covid virus is rife over here Sans. Spreads very quickly! We were due to travel up to London for Christmas at our eldest daughters, but they 'phoned us first thing to say our 7 year old grandson has produced a positive Covid test, so we are now staying at home on the South Island.
I'm sure it is spreading quickly. Pro footballers and staff should be following strict guidelines though so I'm surprised when so many matches are being called off. At Ipswich we haven't relaxed our protocols and pretty much do the same thing as was expected when football first came back. The team still travel to away games on 2 coaches, the different age groups all train at different times. We seem to be doing alright..... for now likes
