Morning all ... looking forward to the break after today ... hoping to knock off around lunchtime with a bit of luck...
Morning. Off to play golf. Predictably, it's raining. Meant to clear by mid day though so **** it. Nice easy vets diddles, so none of the dick measuring see how far you can hot it stuff. Couple of pints after, then back for a bit or arbitratrary DIY then fire up the mulled cider for the neighbour carolling. Living the dream today.
Last day of work for me then it's straight into the American beers I've bought. Good bottle of red then in the evening.
Probably get a takeaway tonight, going to be plenty of cooking over the next week can do without it on my first night off.
Supposed to be installing a new electrical socket in the utility room today. I stupidly said it would only take a couple of hours to the misses. Now trying to come up with an excuse not to do it. I might go and get the grinder and start waving it about. As soon as she mentions the dust it will cause, I will tell her I will do it after Christmas!!
