I know a lad who lived with a lass in Hull for a while. He said he wouldn't say she was a bit dim but believed him when she complained about him drinking too much and he told her he had to drink the vodka quickly as once you had opened it then it went off quickly. Somebody bought me the real stuff once and I said to the woman I was seeing at the time that it smelt like perfume. She came over, snatched it out me hand and smelt it. With that she lifted her arm up and proceeded to wipe it in her hairy armpits, then threw it back to me. No please or thank you. By hell she was one classy bint that woman.
I'm still sticking by it as well, im still at a loss as to why it hasn't been announced yet, the new regime are pretty much calling all the shots behind the scenes already and transfers for Jan are already being negotiated. My own personal thoughts are it's now that close to Xmas that acun will be wanting to spend it with his family and it'll be announced the week between Xmas and new year. But that is just my own personal guess and nothing from his or the Allams side. There was a comment from someone I trust that he used his connections In the media world to get our boxing day game played on sky so it all could be done and announced etc that day Infront of the cameras. But I'm taking that with a huge pinch of salt.
Since when did Muslims want to spend Xmas with their family? It isn't something they celebrate, is it? That seems a strange reason for the lack of things getting done.

Interesting you should say this. There are numerous games on in Turkey on Xmas day. There’s 4 games on. Now look at todays fixtures. It would seem some players want Xmas day off!
Maybe he just see's it as a perfect opportunity to spend time with his family when it's quite due to what others may be doing? Im pretty sure his diary doesn't have many quieter moments that he can spend a fair few days at home etc
Quite possible. Just saying I don't think the fact it is Xmas has anything to do with his wanting to be at home.
