This conspiracy gets worse. Now the premier league is conspiring to relegate them by not giving a penalty against a team who never got out of first gear to beat them 4-0. if Bruce had still been there, it’d still have been his fault!
Not forgetting that they haven't been able to cancel games until after the January window of course. The groundsman has a sore finger, so at least a month without games would have been fair.
they post some funny stuff. Kane gets rinsed a fair bit! https://news.paddypower.com/footbal...titive-football-break-as-he-returns-to-spurs/ https://news.paddypower.com/footbal...n-50-steps-in-health-app-against-newcastle-/
according to 'the sun' (yeh i know) trippier is going to the mags for 15M, popped his shoulder at one point and we all know how that can work out...31 year old who will want a decent wage at what could be his final club, probable need for surgery similar to onien that could rule him out for the rest of the season (reported to be signing him january) so what could possibly go wrong? think we were the experts at signing older players wanting their swan song and it almost finished us, but then, we are talking the richest club in the world so they should be fine wasting money.
He's a good player still, but hardly a progressive signing. They have trouble ahead. A player will look and wonder; Do I want yo go up no North? Or, does Mrs Player? And we know it is a question for some. They will look and wonder, what division they might be playing in next season. They will wonder if they will get asked questions about coming to work for a mob who murder people on a whim, torture all manner of people, persecute many others, and discriminate against more or less everyone who is not a male, Saudi born sunni Muslim. ( they WILL be asked by the way) . And is this consistent with kneeling down to demonstrate against " all kinds of discrimination " ? If they are international players, they will wonder what effect on their going to the World Cup might be if they are not playing in the top League. They will wonder if it would be better taking another offer. Or just come because can't turn down the money, and just play it out. Last contract will pay the pension anyway. There is also the side running issue of players who know they are going to get the boot, and looking after themselves . They will all have another contract with someone else to keep in mind, and they won't be getting it with a serious injury. Theh might be saved by ****e around them, as has happened before. But they might not this time.
Imagine they were relegated by one goal on goal difference. They'd probably try to sue Sundays' not given penalty' ref personally for millions.
Pathetic. As are all these " formal" moans. The day a manager calls out a ref for giving his own team a dodgy penalty, or for not giving a clear one to the opposition , will be the day I'll respect and listen to them on refs, however poor they may be. That said, the useless Premier League and EFL, never support refs, which is why you get the spectacle of players surrounding and abusing them whenever a big decision goes against them. Immediate yellow, and then another yellow if they keep up the yap. It would stop in a fortnight, but the refs can't do it without support.
