I think they will for one season. Xavi is a club legend. He's inherited a mess. Their 2 young superstars Fati and Pedri have been set back by injury. Sometimes patience is required as a fan.

Barca's bigger issue is being 9 points behind Betis, having been dumped from CL in the group stage. Their revenues are going to take a significant hit, at a point where they are already losing enormous sums of money. Whether their fans stand for it or not, this is legitimately an existential crisis for the club, and they need to sell off any of the old guard who have suitors to raise funds. Trying to loan/buy the likes of Stirling or Dani Olmo is madness...they aren't a player or two away.
