Getting some sunlight early in your day is important too for the old body clock. Had some really bad sleep issues amongst other things earlier this year so read endlessly about it if you need some help Sucksta.
Yeah and this… get outside and do your exercise. Sunlight, fresh air, oxygen in your lungs, all help to regulate your body clock.
Also putting cream on a scone before the jam helps because you don’t worry people think you’re a *****phile.

Just tomato puree on the base. Sometimes make my own version of a passata, and mix in a few dollops of pesto. But was too hungry so just squirted on some puree
