I think the teams try’s to play when Shelvey isn’t in the team. I don’t know how we get a tune out of ASM in a disciplined team.
See, I called it last night. If they keep saying this every week it becomes that little less impactful. I get what he’s trying to do. Best fans in the world but **** everything else. It’s time to start matching that best fans thing with action. https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/spo.../jamie-reubens-newcastle-united-fans-22513950 Jamie Reuben has called Newcastle United supporters the best in the world after they continued to make their voices heard right until the end of their 4-0 defeat to Manchester City.
To get anything out of ASM you need to change the way we play. We're stuck in this counter-attack mindset which will take half a dozen new players and time to get rid of. He'd be excellent at a top team, or even at somewhere like Wolves or Villa.
I'm with you on this. Bit ****ing bored of hearing it. But then there's nothing he can do until Jan; if we hit Jan 1st with two or three new players announced, then they're matching the fans. If we're faffing around by mid-Jan with nobody new, then that's going to be very worrying. Even Ashley managed to buy players in January. Once.
Also same games last season results. When Bruce was in charge @I want Mackem Cock LCFC away 2-4 won. This season 4-0 lost Liverpool away 1-1 drew. This season 3-1 lost Man City home 3-4 lost. This season 0-4 lost Bruce must be laughing his tits off!
Chaps you heard it here and from the horses mouth. Anywhere on the pitch just kick the ****ing **** out of the players because if they don’t have the ball is free game…. “But City manager Pep Guardiola disagreed as he told Sky Sports: "Fraser didn't have the ball, Joao [Cancelo] had the ball. If Fraser had the ball then it was a penalty but Joao had it so no penalty."”
Of all the **** seen this weekend, this comment has wound me up more than anything. Guardiola needs to have bigger ****ing balls than that, bloke's gone right down in my estimation - why can't he just say "yes, looked like it should have been a penalty, the officiating needs reviewing because if that had happened to me, I'd be ****ing livid". What does he gain from that comment? He won the match, it was hardly a "turning point", and absolutely everybody else said it's a penalty. Just makes himself look like a complete twat.
why just those 3 games it started at the beginning of the season with Atkinson not referring to VAR not forgetting the 2 pens we should have had at Arsenal
