Chelsea, who have 450 players, ask for postponement due to 5th player out with covid. Fa reject it. A line it seems has been reached. Imo some clubs have already gained massively and other like leeds have basically taken a beating. It pays to be a dishonest spurs or Leicester it seems
Meh. Can only use 3 subs total. I think other clubs have been let away with absolute murder. Leicester and spurs cough cough. Villa yesterday are quite concerning too. The issue here is if you drop a we just dont know message and there could be several lining up with covid then the fa have no choice. Chelsea did the tests last night so they have not dropped a bomb on the fa. I dont get where the 2 weekly pcr results have gone to cut this out.
I don’t think you’ll ever see a more clear penalty in all of football history. Even the suarez handball v Ghana was less obvious than that
I said at start of december we had to win all our games as city's were piss easy. As it stands chelsea are out of the title race.
Chelsea 6 points behind city. Big win needed today, opens up 5 point gap for us and keeps us 1 behind city going into big few games. Chelsea play us city and spurs in January. we play Chelsea Brentford palace city play arsenal Chelsea saints.
Well that’ll be the end of Tuchel then. I said early this season that they’d draw to many and so it is. Unfortunately, given ACON, I also said that City would win by at least 10 points. I stand by that predication
Fabinho, vvd and Henderson will all be back for Leeds. 10 days well up by the 26th. Thiago is no loss if he can't figure out how to pass Robbo was due a rest so no big deal either, even though it clearly should be rescinded and ref and var lapdog shot at dawn. Sir Harry called the shots. Anyone else is red carded today and he brow beat the ref into making a call after we took the lead. Anyone else gets a second yellow for that lecture. The refs demeanour visibility changed as he was lectured.
What are the protocols around postponing matches? Think it's incredibly unfair that some games are cancelled and some aren't. Why are some teams going into games with depleted squads and not others?
I believe it's thirteen available players from your registered 25 man squad's but could be wrong. Plus, it's anyone's guess atm since they seem to be doing as they like.
Leicester only had about 2 cases. Tottenham between players and staff and had training ground shut for only 3 days. Both squads basically get a complete rest, whilst we play in the busiest period and have players missing due to Covid
