Cant fukin sleep this last month man, really struggling with it, knackered and cant sleep, then when i do sleep its only for 3/4hours max, crap stuff
I know that feeling. Probs too much screen time. You need to read a book for an hour before bed. As do I tbf.

I am bruv, went to bed last night at 4 am absolutely shattered, soent 2hours trying to sleep and theb gave up and got back up again. Annoying **** tbh
If you tell them you’ve had a month of broken sleep they might dish you some out via a telephone appt.
M'mm, was thinking maybe he should volunteer for a shift with the Samaritans, you know do something useful with his life so he can look in the mirror and feel proud. It's sucky of course so he won't turn up but it's the thought that counts and might bring inner peace.
This shagging is great for body mind and spirit. But yeah, physical exercise is a must for decent kip. As you will know, it’s not just about ‘wearing yourself out’ either. Exercise stimulates, endorphins and serotonin and promotes slow wave sleep that reduces your heart rate and blood pressure, which helps your body to heal and repair. would be my first recommendation to anybody who is struggling with their sleep. Get out and do 30 mins of exercise every day. Even if it’s just a brisk walk.
