Ah Apologies It was just you replied to a sweepstake post No problem though. So on your question I would assume, but tbh know **** all about these types of thing, that the value of KLP will have been included in the negotiations so any sale would reduce the rest of the sale price. Mind you I’d imagine that’s why Acun would like to get it done this side of the window to avoid things like that?
That would make sense . When I post a general message on a current thread being a relative newbie I tend to just add to the last post , probably why the persons thread I’ve followed is confused!!!, got any suggestions I don’t see a sub title or sub thread option Or am I an idiot?!!!
I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but you can either use the reply option to the specific post, or add a general comment or question to the thread using the reply option box at the end of the thread in question.
As DMD says if you click reply on the last post it will quote it as though you’re replying to that specific comment, if you scroll down a bit further there’s a box to type on to say your piece in general
That’ll be a ****er to wrap, The bees will be well pissed by Xmas morning. Dare you to get her to open the hive first,
Wish I’d of entered, the booby prize will do me, 4/5 in Rayners, 4/5 in halfway and fall through the doors at dairycoates for the last 3/4…. Perfec..
Rather pull my finger nails off, absolute ****hole, a cup o tea at home and my mrs nagging me is far more favourable lol….
Walked past it a few times in recent years but never dared to go in! Went in Rayners 2 or 3 years ago at lunchtime, asked if I could get a sandwich. Might as well have asked if they could do me foie gras and cote de boeuf, she recommended Sainsburys or Vera's on Sefton Street!
Vera Bushman’s brings back great memories, I used to use that shop over 30 years ago, great sarnies at a great price, and at a time when Vera still worked in the shop. I’d guess she’s long gone now, and if so… RIP Vera Bushman ‘doffs cap’
I worked on the ferries in the 80s, I was in the business of supply and demand, people demanded bacci, I supplied it cheaper than the tobacconist, cough cough. Every 4 days on a watch change I would get 400 packets off. I started at Whittington and cat and ended up at Rayners. Went in every pub on Hessle road and all but Cry sold plenty but when I got to Rayners I’d have about 100 left. Walking in there was no more than 3 old buggers in, they’d get 4/5 each but then pop out and bring mates with them so on and so on. I’d sell every packet I had left and never got to dairycoates, something the landlord was not to pleased about. Walk in an almost empty pub and sell 100 packs of bacci, you can only get that in Rayners lol. True story but if anyone from the judiciary ask I’ve no ****ing idea of what your talking about your honour!!!
