I seem to remember Bonko's sister, brother and father being aghast when he became PM... effectively saying it will all end in tears

With great power comes great responsibility..... Unless of course you are the Conservative Party. In their case they get the power but their opponents take full responsibility. Bit like the Mags with King Rafa. NUFC win Benitez is a genius. NUFC lose Ashley"s fault. I am starting to get the hang of this twisted lunacy now.

Right at the moment where the money came from to redecorate Boris' flat, whether or not he had an affair, who got favourable contracts, etc matters not one bit. The only thing that matters is steering the country through the latest Covid wave. My personal opinion is that he should go over the Christmas party incident but making a change during the current crisis wouldn't be in the best interests of the country. All the "I was right, I was right, naah, naah, naah" over Boris being a wrong 'un is unhelpful at this time.

It all matters to me as it stacks up to what a lying useless bastid everyone knew he was before he became PM.
It's astonishing how he just brushes everything aside and gets away with shìt.
A reflection of modern society maybe ?

Snowflakes prepared to forgive and forget when all the right creepy bullshìt is spouted ???

Populism fuelled by Faecesbook. Cummings is a **** but he got the zeitgeist of this modern age. An age where the people you are wanting to "influence" believe some random **** posted on Facebook (that is patently untue and would be libellous any where else) before they believe the BBC. Stop the world, I want to get off <laugh>

    Just browsing the Sunday papers.

Apparently the Eton master wrote to Johnston's father in 1982...

"I think he honestly believes that it is churlish of us not to regard him as an exception, one who should be free of the network of obligation which binds everyone else"

Who said anything about forgiving and forgetting? I was talking about prioritisation.
As far as I'm concerned the 'snowflakes' (which appears to have become a catch all term for anything anyone disagrees with) are the ones crying about matters which are, in the current situation, completely irrelevant.

Is there a problem with that ?

"Right at the moment... ...[it] matters not one bit" nothing in there about forgiving and forgetting.

You said "Snowflakes prepared to forgive and forget when all the right creepy bullshit is spouted". No one's twisting anything.

    Ah yes, apologies :D
I take it you thought I was alluding to you ?
    I wasn't.

I meant the shìt government spout to whitewash their incompetency and so many seem so preoccupied with what they had for dinner on Facebook it gets forgotten ;)

Anyone who wants a Labour Government to take over at the next election needs to pray that Johnson is still in charge of the Tories. He is the best hope there is for people not to vote Tory.

There is not much in it in the opinion polls, which is unusual mid-term, but if Johnson is ousted, then the polls could easily rise in favour of the Tories. Let's hope Bozza stays for now, although personally Starmer doesn't do it for me and I won't vote for Bridget Phillipson for reasons I've previously given.

No, I didn't think you were alluding to me as I'm not a snowflake and not prepared to forgive and forget creepy bullshit.
I did assume that you were commenting on the point I was making.
I agree with you that the government are ****. If it wasn’t for the current situation with Covid, I'd be happy to see Johnson resign. I think while we're in the middle of this wave, it would cause a bigger **** storm and we'll have to wait until things improve.

The thing that bugs me is Churchill was right place right time.
I'm not going into a discussion about his shortcomings.
But they're there if people care to delve.
Thatcher got lorded over the Falklands FFS.
And here we have another Tory cùnt who will probably go down in history as the man who had to tackle Covid when in fact he is a bumbling, lying, useless sack of shìt that has blindly stumbled from one fook up to another.

Yes it pìsses me off :D
And more so there is hardly any opposition to speak of.

Starmer is a massive improvement on Corbyn but then so would be Bubbles the chimp.

You obviously haven't forgotten about bozos short comings as you brought them up.
But so many seem too these days as they're more consumed with xfactors got no talent and what colour to paint they're nails, and thats just the men FFS <laugh>

And like 9/11 these cùnts are using Covid against us, wiping human rights away whilst they do what the fook they like.

    Wànkers  <laugh>

Not huge numbers but surely a basis on which to start imposing harsh restrictions on the unvaccinated.

I get what you're saying. It would be unfair if he went down as some kind of hero after all the other stuff that's gone on.

Picture now in guardian of a garden event in May. Someone is gunning for him and probably from inside his circle. I reckon he will do well to ride this out. Someone aiming for a leadership challenge. Mind you there isnt an alternative anywhere in parliament in my opinion. I cant see anyone either side with of house with the intelligence and gravitas needed. Our political parties are a pretty hopeless bunch IMHO.
