The real derangement is for Labour to complain about pointless lockdown rules that Boris obviously doesn't adhere to , then support more pointless rules that Boris brings in to deflect from the scandal of him not bothering last year .

Spare a thought for Ben Wood, as the penny must be dropping by now. Selected as Labour candidate for North Shropshire, largely because the Labour Party rules insist they have to stand a candidate, but they knew they couldn't win, and didn't want to take votes from the Liberals.

He now must be realising he was selected as they were convinced he'd get few votes, which when you look at the selection pool, has really got to sting.
