People resigned so move on. Boris wasn't at the party in question. Do you think the head of Sky should quit because 2 of his staff go out partying? No so stop being hypocritical.

    Who mentioned Johnson?

That’s not what hypocrisy is anyway, you melt.

It’s about 158th in the list of reasons he should resign. On its own I don’t think it would justify a resignation.

Lying about it in parliament would. As you say, there are many more important reasons for him to go, but pollsters report that it's the lockdown parties that are cutting through with voters. It's all part of the 'rules are for the small people' thing. This is what Johnson's Eton housemaster wrote in his term report...

“Boris really has adopted a disgracefully cavalier attitude to his classical studies . . . Boris sometimes seems affronted when criticised for what amounts to a gross failure of responsibility (and surprised at the same time that he was not appointed Captain of the School for next half): I think he honestly believes that it is churlish of us not to regard him as an exception, one who should be free of the network of obligation which binds everyone else.”

I don’t want to discuss this here but technically it’s not his house. It belongs to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government. He has a small residence and the party wasn’t in there.

WTF? Can you contact them at all? Not right.

Things seem to vary wildly from place to place. Round here if you are prepared to go to Willenhall in Coventry for a jab you can walk in to a retail pharmacy with no queue. It’s a pretty rough place but no hanging around…….elsewhere there still seem to be massive queues. Likewise speed of PCR testing and availability of LFTs is different everywhere………. It’s almost as if there is no clear central control and coordination.

Took ages to get into the site at mine due to lack of parking but was quick once in the queue. No 15 minute wait after this time either.

Well it was announced here this evening that from Midnight on Sunday all pubs, restaurants, theaters and cinemas must close at 8pm until the end of January........ It was initially gong to be 5pm but under pressure from the vintners and restaurant federation the government relented and changed to 8pm closing........ off course the publicans and restaurant owners are up in arms about it, citing that only vaccinated people are allowed in to their premises..... yeah right....... and that this is closure by deceit....... also claiming that at the moment 50000 people a day a flying into the country having taken LFT's and LFT's should be used in pubs etc......

It's all getting very undignified. Meanwhile our scientists are predicting between 7,500 and 30,000 cases a day by New Year if left unchecked...... roll on Christmas when we can shut the doors and hibernate for a few days......
