This is the whole point.
Labour still couldn't win this by election on their own despite the incredible levels of dislike towards the Tory government.
Why is this?
Labour need to make themselves electable to get rid of this **** show of a government.
The Limps will never do it.

What could Labour do to make themselves electable? The polls are suggesting they’re quite electable.

No, the polls reflect current anger at Johnson, dishonesty and sleaze. Labour have done nothing to make themselves electable annd most voters couldn't name a single policy or member of the shadow cabinet

Maybe youre right Goldy, what seems to be sticking in people heads are remembering the policies that the Tories have actually stuck to rather than the ones of an opposition party.

I really dont know what your talking about but then i dont believe you do yourself either. This was a vote against all i have mentioned above. Johnson, lying, cheating, corruption, cover ups etc etc. If that all sits fine with you then so be it, everyone is different.
Funny he won the Old Bexley by election only two weeks ago so your argument doesn’t stand up ( as usual). This partygate thing in last 2 weeks has been the catalyst. It was careful planned and executed by The Mirror. So actually I do know what I’m talking about and if you had listened to Tory voters in Shropshire instead of being tunnel visioned about the government you might understand a bit more. :emoticon-0148-yes:

The voters in north shropshire have been listened to mate. Its not the end of the world mate, but hopefully the end of Johnson.

I was actually surprised that Labour were lending votes to the Limps. Surely they would be want to cut the deficit and send out a message even if they were going to lose. Only winners last night were the Limps.

It is what it is. The Tories have lost North Shropshire, we all know why they have lost it. Some are just in denial but will come around eventually.

Sorry Bob but your argument fell to bits in my last post. The Tories won Old Bexley 2 weeks ago so something has happened in the last 2 weeks…
Let’s see if we can work it out. Party/ No 10/ lockdown

At last, the penny drops. Lies, cheating and corruption.

The Tories need to get their act in order, and they will, with or without Boris Johnson. Labour would be mad to expect votes at a GE on the basis of Not-the-Tory Party.

Have I hit a nerve for putting you straight on something? It’s okay mate I know you don’t like Tories.
Im not aware of anything mate but feel free to elaborate. Its not so much that i dont like Tories as that i dont like lies, corruption and cheating being defended or even supported. Some do and that speaks volumes.

They brought this on themselves. The Tories need to have a word in the ear of Boris. Tell him to stop making gaffs and get on with the important stuff. Of course all the opposition want him gone, that’s because they know they won’t beat him.
