Celtic will be looking to build on a confidence boosting performance in France during midweek when they face Aberdeen today.

Kris Commons is still suspended and there are injury doubts hanging over front two Georgios Samaras and Gary Hooper.

Badr El-Kaddouri is available for selection having been cup tied for the Europa League match against Rennes.

Celtic have struggled in domestic games following European action and manager Neil Lennon will be looking to the players to avoid the sort of performance witnessed against Kilmarnock last weekend.

Lennon said "Our results after coming back from European games haven't been good. What we have done after three of the European games is lose the following Sunday so it is important that we keep the momentum going.

We don't want to drop any more points and the home form is very important if we are to challenge for honours."

No one expects a repeat of last season's 9-0 hammering but Celtic fans will be travelling to Paradise expecting three points.

Could do with an early goal right enough. Looks like Loovens and Mulgrew continuing at the back.

Will be interesting to see how the crowd reacts to Du-Ri should he play.

    I'm gonna miss it.

I am at (the other) Celtic park for a match.
I do have my lucky pants on though, so I am doing my bit.

    Stereo Typist.
I expect the crowd to support and encourage Cha today. After all the vast majority of fans today are Celtic fans'

By the way as you think it should be interesting, how do you expect the fans to react?
Will you be there yourself to react?

    Team news.

Forster; Matthews, Loovens, Mulgrew, Ledley; Forrest, Wanyama, Kayal, Ki; Hooper, Stokes

Subs: Zaluska, M Wilson, Majstorovic, McCourt, El Kaddouri, Cha, McGeouch

Stokes and Hooper start up front. Du Ri dropped with Matthews at RB and Ledley likely at LB.

    Half-time. 1-0 to Celtic.

Apart from a couple of moments at the back it's been comfortable. Craig Brown's tactics? Kick anything in a green and white jersey.

Blood, I imagine, if Stereo's analysis of Craig Brown's tactics is to be believed.

The first time I noticed was on Majstorovic's shirt and I just assumed it was a set of instructions on how to defend.
