Ok. I had my hernia operation. Second one. And it was 10cm in size. I had it 3 weeks ago and in recovery. I only got it because I collapsed and it was deemed medically dangerous. Think of that what you will. So I fee fortunate that even though I dropped and had the op that may have been life saving. It felt like it was at the expense of someone with cancer. I hate the situation the health care system is in. My hernia escalated in the last month pre op by doubling in size: and the NHS said 2 days prior to me collapsing that it wasn’t important. So yes I feel lucky.
I wouldn't feel bad mate, that's what the NHS is for, it's what we have paid into the system for over the generations. If it's underfunded then that, and in my view the state of it, rests firmly on the shoulders on the Government. Glad to hear your on the mend.
That's alright mate, I got pissed off laying my flooring 15 months ago and after doing the entire ground floor left the final bit in the kitchen as needed to get the dishwasher in place. Its still not done and her indoors is doing her nut
I'm with you. Incredible amount of wastage, poorly managed, not enough accountability for performance. I'm not talking about the team on the ground btw they are brilliant in an organisation that is not giving them the support they deserve.
