Despite the turnaround I'd still be tempted to look at making a change early in the second half. Tella not having much impact at all and we surely have to try and go for a third.

I've never understood why there's a midweek MOTD on Wednesday when there are games on Thursday. Surely it would make more sense to air it on Thursday night?
