Disappointed with individual performances tonight. Really basic stuff missing. To be fair to City, that's about as good as a team I've seen in the PL. When they click they are a ****ing unbelievable side. Unluckily for us we took a bruised and bloodied squad over there on a night they decided they wanted to play. It's embarrassing. It's not acceptable. I understand the anger and requests for change. I'm fuming aswell about how some of our players responded to the pressure. At the end of the day, it is what it is. I think we all realise our squad needs to have more quality. We all expected to lose, maybe not 7. The goal difference took a battering but we have bigger games coming up in January. This season is all about staying up and games like tonight's won't be the ones that define our future. Its ****ing embarrassing though and if the lads don't respond against Arsenal then we might be in a spot of bother.
About sums it up Emu, I know we're 5 players down but even with those in tonight, we'd have still took a hammering, perhaps not 7 but the difference in the quality of the squads is immense and they were on song.tonight, he'd got them well up for it.
