Hmmm, not sure about this. Big match, bad feeling and a chance to take three points of a rival. But it's 1800 tickets to shift just after the holidays, very early kick off and live on TV ... ... I think we'll sell it out, with the help of all the exiles, but there won't be much demand on top. Wycombe is only good for the match and nowt else, especially in January when the beaches are too cold
I went down a few seasons ago, think it might have been Parky's first game; the 'our house' one. Safe to say I won't be returning in a hurry. Terrible KO time bit, as you say, we will still almost certainly sell it out.
The whole experience is horrible. One horrible pub, horrible walk through a horrible industrial estate, horrible ground with horrible fans and their horrible accents. The manager is a horrible scruff who thinks he's Mick Jagger and plays horrible football. If it wasn't for the Sunderland support and the three points we'll pick up I'd watch it from the comfort of the Batcave
Aye, awful location for a ground. We ended up in that tent type thing they had set up. One tiny little hatch inside the ground for food as well. Mickey mouse stuff.
