It feels a bit like you’re creating a nonsense argument rather than acknowledge this latest Tory-endorsed pisstaking of the taxpayer.
Personally, I think they are separate things. It's right that companies have access to interest free loans to get them through the pandemic. Are you saying that if they take a loans, they must be banned from making any political donations? That's interference in the internal affairs of the company.
I’d go with: companies skint enough to require emergency loans at the state’s expense can’t simultaneously donate money to a political party.
Suppose the MD buys a new company porsche? Suppose the board all take expensive company sponsored holidays in Las Vegas? Suppose they use the money to bring in a cordon bleu chef for lunchtimes? How many conditions are you going to place on a loan?
A scruffy right wing nut job on a right wing nut job news channel? No I couldn't see you arguing with it either.
Im certainly in agreement with the government over the booster jabs. Whether everyone gets one or is just offered one remains to be seen. As for the vaccine passports, i cant and never will be able to get on board with that. Totally wrong in my opinion.
That's fine, however I don't get why you need to come on the QPR board on the ‘politics thread’ and start responding to my posts when they are meant for QPR fans that I know. Bit strange tbh. If I wanted to discuss political issues with people I don't know I would go on some other political forum. Cheers
Don't be so parochial, I can come on here if I want. And I know quite a few of the decent chaps on here too.
What facts? It sounded like the opinion of another bedraggled right wing rent-a-gob on an underperforming ‘news’ channel.
