All of these posts just highlight the problem - Ritchie, Fraser and Hayden are Champ level so putting all three on the pitch in a half-cocked 442 is ending in defeat.

Just list the players in order of ability, then work out how the formation works from there. Currently Howe is clinging to 4-4-2 and shoe-horning the better players in to fit the formation.

Ryan Fraser is a RIGHT WINGER. he has always been a RIGHT WINGER and in the future he will be known as a retired RIGHT WINGER. He does not play LEFT WING.
