Just rewatched the race... And I'm more upset now than earlier. The speed with which they clear those cars and go green is insanity. What were they thinking.

At the time my brain was going through too many outcomes to really realize how fast they happened. Utter shambles

Sainz was 3rd wasn’t he? Did he pit for new tyres during the safety car? If he did were there lapped cars in front of him and if they were why weren’t they cleared to allow Sainz challenge Max?

I want Sky etc to show a precedent when under a safety car and they allow lapped drivers to unlap themselves and pass the safety car it has never applied to all lapped cars and only to those who the race director / stewards decide it applies to ?

    There were.

    Edit:

Mean there were cars between Max and Carlos at the restart.

Did Verstappen lead a lap today? I haven't checked, but I think it's no.

I don't think there was a better man. You could barely slip a rizzla between the pair of them. Both exceptional.

In the end he decided that he was having this end under green flag.

Hamilton should have front winged verstappen rear tyre imo. A bit too nice of him to avoid contact on that lunge. All he needed was to fall over the line at the end with 1 point of verstappen had no rear tyre.

Anyway, blame mick Schumacher and latifi cos hamilton was winning that all day every day until they planked it for whatever on position.

Whoever won was worthy. It's just unfortunate how we got there.

Get horner to do the job, or wolff. They seem to know all the regs.
Always on the radio giving him good advice on how to do the job.

Yeah I know. I sometimes find actually arguing the point makes them go away. But you are right, ignoring them is easier.
