The angle from behind the player shows the ball hitting his ribs and bouncing on to his arm, so no pen. Why was that angle not shown to the VAR?
Some dodgy penalties handed out in the PL today and last night. Best one though, Steven Gerrard complaining about not getting a penalty at Anfield.
Draw probably in other news : Man United have apparently had some positive covid tests to put the Brentford game in doubt. That would give Brentford more days off before our game with them the news didn’t suggest that there were loads of positives but perhaps they expect more ?
