Would be interested to know if their Europa League 25 man squad is much different to league squad - There's all the home grown and academy graduate bollox to contend with for that. Hence why we probably need to keep hold of ****e like the Longstaffs, Woodman and Dummett for the time being.

Thought the exact same thing myself, hoping Kasper gets his legs broken along with several others - even with casts they'd give us a game though :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Good I hate them.. Mainly through bitterness, jealousy and a sense of entitlement

could do with them having to play about 90 minutes injury time to properly knacker them out for Sunday

Seems unlikely given they played last night and a strong side and bench was available

They have had 4-6 covid cases I think.
Would a postponement be in our favour?
    I’m personally thinking not.

Fulham played that card when a few players of no consequence got covid, so we'll have to wait and see, but Leicester are despite the injury/covid crisis narrative pretty much full strength.

I suppose if one of their better players tests positive they might well play that card, although I think they along with Rodgers will see this as 3 points and will want to play.

Eddie Howe also confirms that there are no Covid cases in the Newcastle squad currently, though there will be a fresh round of testing today.

"Touch wood, we are looking OK," he said. "A clean bill of health at the moment."

I'm wondering if Fraser might actually be of some use on Sunday. Leicester are vulnerable on corners etc

I wouldn't be getting too hung up on the COVID thing. Leicester pitched a strong team last night and will do again at the weekend. However the one thing everyone does know is that following a Europa game where you use first teamers, the game after at the weekend can be tricky. We need to hit them with a high tempo and try to run the legs out of them.

Leicester seem vulnerable from set pieces and on the counter.

Yes and imo shelveys corners and free kicks into the area are absolutely pathetic, so if I see Fraser on the team sheet I can understand why.
