It's the saame here QM. I think in UK it's either NHS or BUPA. Has the option of a hybrid (ie top up insurance) not caught on?
Worldwide, 901 million people are over the age of 60 today. That number is projected to reach 1.4 billion by 2030 and nearly 2.1 billion by 2050. It must follow (must it not?) that this puts extreme pressure on the State Pension Scheme and Occupational Pension Funds, to name just the obvious One obvious but unpalatable solution to this would be to stop people living so long Strangely enough, an opportunity arose to come up with a cunning master plan Please note I have not used the verb to cull as I think that sounds awful and in any event, the master plan is far more subtle
The usual recourse for depopulation is a world war but a severe flu outbreak does just as well, if not better as we have witnessed over the last almost 2 years. Lest we forget The Spanish Flu post WWI.
The big question is do we actually go anywhere else? Or when it's done it's done? Nobody knows. FACT.
Arthur Conan Doyle said he would do as such but as far as I'm aware he hasn't communicated. Maybe he has, maybe there isn't anything after this life or perhaps he is just not allowed to come back. Who knows? Not me, not anyone in fact if they're being honest. It's a veritable conundrum. *Mind you Doyle was off his head on drugs all the time!
Houdini said to 2 students that he couldn't be hurt by somebody punching his stomach. One of the students punched him repeatedly on the stomach and Houdini died a couple of days later. It is thought that the punches were the cause of his death. The crazy fool.
