Monday is the last day of the exclusivity clause.
The deal will not be completed on Monday but they are working on it.

 

I'm not asking for me - I'm still supremely confident - but exclusivity ending simply means someone could make a counter offer to the Allams and them to begin the process with another potential suitor.

It doesn't mean Acun won't be completing the deal, just the Allams can discuss a deal with others who would be months behind in any sale process.

 

No need to worry about that. I believe there is trust on both sides.
