Professor Neil Ferguson warns a full lockdown might be needed to stop Omicron overwhelming NHS

Does anybody still pay any attention to Professor Lockdown? Was he at the party that never happened? Probably not as it seems it was a bunch of staffers have cheese and wine rather than the drunken orgy that the media would have the gullible believe.

The ‘mutant strain’ Omicron has already been proven to be harmless. The NHS is currently treating absolutely nobody in hospital for Omicron.

If Boris announces a Lockdown there is surely no chance at all that people are going to comply. I am off to visit my mate who lives 50 miles away because I need to check my eyesight. Then I am off to that ‘party’ that another friend is having because it is not really a party as there will be less than six of us there.

Will Ferguson be getting a vaccine passport so he can nip out to shag his married lover?

We should be listening to former PM Theresa May as she has finally come up with something worth hearing. Whilst other former PMs like Major, Blair, Brown, Cameron and Johnson persistently demonstrate brain death characteristics, she says that we need to get used to the plague being here to stay and get on with normal life.

    Plan ‘B’
I am not sure that he is right.

The Left are all in favour of Lockdowns. Most of them work in the public sector, so they know that Socialist Sunak will pay them from the Magic Money Tree, they will have more time to skive than usual and be getting closer to their generous pension with every passing day before they go back to work. Those that work in the private sector could have no job or business at the end of a Lockdown, which is a bit of a problem as their taxes pay for the public sector.

Yes, they do. This is Britain and most people are unthinking automatons who go along blindly with anything they're told. A few weeks ago 90% of people I saw on the bus were mask-free, having slowly returned to some semblance of normality. Today, I was the only one without one. The BBC is the font of all knowledge for the average Briton and they're still stuck in wartime propaganda mode, believing every word it farts onto our screens each evening.

I wonder who invested in certain pharmaceutical companies before all these vaccine contracts were announced. Just a thought

Another thought. But not the first time I thought it. I keep hearing must step up these vaccinations to avoid overloading the NHS

I wonder if all the money spent keeping people off work and all the money lost by businesses due to lockdowns could have been avoided if more money had been spent to ensure the NHS could cope. Seems to me we could have carried on as normal if the NHS had been sufficiently funded

But what do I know. Just a broad brush gut feel unsupported by facts and twisted stats

Some politician woma (Lisa Nandy) stating that anti vaxxers are mainly from ethnic minority background who listen to all the myths and garbage on the internet. I know several well educated people who are strongly against vaccination and refuse to be forced into being experimented on. Who the **** does she think she is? ****ing bitch
