I have noticed that a number of the click-bait sites have been starting off stories with: Or similar, so I'm not surprised to see concern about wages surfacing. I tend not to think about how much the players get paid otherwise it gets me quite angry. Yes they should be paid more per week than the average person as their career is shorter, yes they are entertainers etc etc but 50 - 100x more than the guy in the street?
