I think your spot on, I mentioned the other week, they need someone to run the club and as far as we know Shota needs a work permit. No point in buying club and wanting to make changes with no one able to take up the roles
I think the bigger question that seems to be being missed is, what the **** is everyone going to argue about after the sale has gone through?
Not saying I don't feel the same way about some places, but I wouldn't say HoH is pretentious bollocks. There's definitely some pricey stuff, but the food they serve isn't too expensive and it's good quality. I got a pizza for a tenner, which is cheaper than Domino's and it was a nice place to sit and eat it with company. The ice cream bar is £1.60 for 'a scoop' but it was actually more like 3 scoops in my experience. Can't confirm whether they take cash, but I'd expect they do.
But doesn't he have a certain time frame in which to buy the Club? Doesn't this period of exclusivity end shortly,in which case, the Club could be bought by someone else(if anyone else were in the slightest bit interested). I'm no expert on this and don't claim to be ITK but I'm pretty sure he can't sit the deal on ice and take his time in putting things in place first.
They could while they have exclusivity they can take their time while they put things in place, even the Allams are not gonna say "here is club get on with it" and i would imagine in my opinion they already have an hand over date in place which is within time and so they can take time and care making sure everything is good.
One man's meat is another man's poison.I hope it thrives for the sake of Hull City Centre but I wouldn't pay £3 for a sausage roll or £10 for a pizza or £3.30 for a cup of coffee. I wish it well as a venture but I'm of the opinion that some will go once, moan about the prices and never return?
Does the signing of the share purchase agreement, mentioned by Baz, bind both parties to an agreed sale?
Do you seriously think I post everything Hopefully as long as the agreement and hand shake is followed up by some hard cash. Which is why there has been some concern about the drop in value of the Turkish Lire. Understandably so too. There is a will on both sides to get this deal over the line before the transfer window opens so let's hope it happens this week.
The money is not an issue in any way Urika regardless of what people say Acun is not the only one involved even though it seems that way. And no that's why i said you and others don't post everything read what i said.
I'm not desperate to know what's going on, if it happens it happens, if it collapses it collapses. Whatever, I'll still be there on Saturday enjoying the day.
HDM said the EFL papers went forward last Thursday. Don’t really see any point in worrying about any withdrawal by either party at this stage. Allams need to sell Acun wants to buy. We have had a few false dawns in the past this time fingers crossed it’s over at last. A new Dawn awaits with new owners. Billy B Paperboy
It was an issue yesterday matey. Some people will sleep easier tonight in the knowledge that the sale is still on course. Next Monday was a big day in all of this. Lets hope it's done before then.
