Wanting to be behind over the DRS line seems the most convincing explanation. I guess the telemetry will tell if he actually hit the brakes or if it was just a long lift.
You're not allowed to 'give it back' and then re-take immediately. Hamilton got a 25s penalty for that when he did that a few years ago. So that 'giving it back' really doesn't count.
He doesn't need to actually hit the brakes when he goes down 4 gears on a straight! Think about driving on a motorway and going fron 6th to 2nd! Madness.
Instead of staying in the middle of the track he could have moved either left or right to make it obvious what was happening instead of the bullshit he pulled
Didn’t see all the Horner interview but someone said when talking to Damon Hill, Horner took a dig at Frank Williams?
Hamilton really calling out Max there... Probably past due. I absolutely love Max as a driver.... It's special drivers like him that make the sport. But some of his antics have to stop. Can't just keep throwing it in with no way of making a corner and forcing others to yeild. The guy could be an absolute super star with just some minor fixes. He certainly has the talent.
He has outstanding ability as a driver, unfortunately he has this mental block of anything he does on track is legal, regardless of it not being and the consequences of it.
Just got home from watching a bunch of kids sing and act badly in a Christmas production. No one can say I'm not a good Uncle now! XD But my god, what did I miss? Holy hell. I think I need to watch the recording back just to see what all happened. I normally can't watch sport back if it's not live but will make an exception with this one!
