Corner shops,taxis,market traders,post offices, etc all businesses that a vast majority are now Asian owned compared to years ago...... entrepreneurs yes maybe, white British moving to other types of businesses again yes possible, but if we where as racist as some would say wouldn't these businesses have been starved of custom, nay even trashed or burned in white riot's.....over the top scenario of course, that's why this country isn't as racist as some want to make out

For those who live in the real world, and not seeing through some activist's eyes, it's obvious that this is probably the least racist country in the world. There is no institutional racism in this country, in fact, we're bending over backwards to be inclusive of anyone's race, gender or sexual preference. You can advertise a job only for one race not another and that race cannot be white. That says it all

So the proof that institutional racism doesn’t exist here is provided by the fact that you can’t advertise a job ‘for whites only’? You don’t seem to understand that this issue is complex, multi faceted and nuanced. Let me give you an example that has relevance to yours. I once worked with a large company who got pulled up for racial discrimination in their recruitment process. An Asian fella sent in his CV and covering letter to apply for a listed job, he also sent an exact duplicate of his CV and covering letter only under a different name. He got a ‘no thanks Mr Patel’ rejection letter for his own application yet an invite for interview for his Mr Smith application. Does that make that company inherently racist? Or was it just the conscious or even sub conscious bias of the manager reviewing the applications? Either way, he obvs felt he’d been the victim of racism, as he had.

The person selecting the candidates had a bias. Let me take this one step further. We have a group at my club and in turn they pick a venue to go out for beers and a meal after. One of the guys is a Muslim. He wouldn't pick a pub if he had a free choice and if it had to be a pub he wouldn't go. Is that discrimination? In your example, if there was a small work group of white men the person selecting the CVs might make a decision, rightly or wrongly, that Mr Patel might not fit in, just as, maybe, Mrs Smith might not. I don't know but it's easy to swing the racism stick

Your last paragraph there is just an example of blatant racism. Mr Patel might not ‘fit in’ to a group of white fellas is a decision based on nothing but his race, and it’s probably exactly why there was a group of just white fellas to start with, so it’s obvs inherent, likely part of the culture in that company, and thus highly likely an example of institutional racism.
The truth hurts, I selected the ranking in a fully scientific way, identified from the normal distribution of results the median ranking and this was it. We'll beat you at cricket too.
I'm sorry but I do think you are a virtue signaller in the way I understand it. I understand it's not what you want to be but, unfortunately, you are.
