I'm not sure how I want the Newcastle vs Burnley game to pan out. Probably I want Newcastle to win because I think they'll probably pull away from the bottom once they can start spending some of that Saudi money, whereas Burnley could be down there among the strugglers for the whole season. But that would put us bottom of the pile again before the Spurs game.

Shame Newcastle won, would have been better a draw. At least Southampton ended up as a draw.
Meanwhile, Watford are 0-2 down to ManCity at halftime. Watching it and it could have been worse for Watford as City look very slick.
Watched extended highlights of the game and the Watford keeper played a blinder, ended 1-3
I also watched extended highlights of Southampton Vs Brighton, Brighton haven't won in 10 now, but did manage to get the equaliser in the 8th min of stoppage time
Watford were better in the second half as Citeh took their foot off the gas and went into 'see the game out' mode. Three out of Watford's next four games are away though, so we'll have to see how that goes.
That late equalizer must have gutted Southampton, who could have gone up to mid-table if they had won.

It was definitely an Emi header. Konsa will get the award because his toe feathered it, but it’s a silly rule for me.
Richarlson had two goals taken away for offsides, one because of Godfrey, and finally gets the equaliser.

Being an Everton fan over the last ten or fifteen years must be the polar opposite of being a Norwich fan. Whereas we don't seem to stay in one league for very long so we're always involved in either a promotion or relegation battle, they know more or less where they are going to finish every season. Seventh again this year, lads. How do they stay motivated?

Just think of it as 4:4:2/4:2:4. Splitting the midfield 4 into 2:2 is simply a way of indicating different roles for the central 2 (defensive) and outer 2 (offensive).

Yes, probably, although impossible to be certain at this stage. If Watford had won, they would have been six points ahead of us before the MU game, which would have looked rather daunting.
