Yeah it's why I try to eat a fair bit of hommus, and do a nice bircher muesli for breakfast each morning with some seeds and mix in it.

I have a severe nut allergy, we found out when I was four, the next door neighour apparently gave me a brazil nut over the fence while I was playing in the garden and my mum found me unconscious. Had the ambulance been five minutes later, I wouldn't have made it.

You'd do a roaring trade in Glasgow, the place is moving with them:emoticon-0148-yes: My youngest lass lives in Coatbridge and has them running around all over her garden/back court.Council/councillors not interested!!

She lays her own baits and traps and kills loads(bolder than her Father,by far)! Hopefully the cold weather will thin them out further.

    I'll P.M you about this super-killer!!

If you have a nut allergy, a warning - Bradymk2 is back.

Joking aside it is a very serious, life impacting thing to have.

Homo Sapiens evolved as hunter gatherers and were very good at it. The meat we eat now is very different to what they ate. They had no animals that were injected with growth hormones as we do now. They ate a varied diet and travelled from place to place. I still fish most days in summer and eat the fish I catch. I don’t feel bad about it. Like the old sapiens i take the fish from the wild and kill them quickly. I don’t feel good about eating meat because of how the animals are kept. I don’t eat danish bacon. In general I try to eat my meat from organic sources and will pay extra for it. Bear in mind that any animal that is useful in food terms to humans is likely to have had a ****ty existence. Factory reared chickens are thought to have the ****tiest existence an animal species could have. It’s a lot easier on the conscience to eat fruit and veg.
