This is when the heat mist hangs just on the mountain top, it’s 28 degrees at this time, as you drive up the mountain you can drive right through it, ****ing amazing 16DAF1E9-8036-4518-AA81-B6EE88DFA83D.jpeg

    That’s your problem
Don’t eat as much carbs but go for protein in nuts, peas etc

My wife's sister is deathly allergic to nuts so we don't have many in the house unfortunately, as I did used to try to munch on nuts (behave) through the day.

    Theres something in this.

We have incisors, molars, opposable thumbs and big brains.

    We evolved as hunter gatherers.

    I have a friend from c
    Catalonia.

He eats veg 3 times a week, fish twice a week, poultry or game maybe weekly and red meat or preserved meats perhaps once a week.

It's only culture that attaches us to meat every meal.

We are not evolved to be vegan, but neither are we evolved to be meat every day.

Like everything it's balance, but our culture and our media these days doesn't allow for anything but an absolute categorisation or polarisation on everything.

Truth is as a cook and a bit of a foodie, I hate the word 'vegetarian' . I have many all veg dishes I love to cook and eat. But I want my fish or medium-to rare steak when I want it occasionally.
Somehow the West have been caught in a trap that meat, fat, processed produce and sugary stuff is the food of Kings and anything 'less' is pauper food.

That attitude just makes the establishment rich, gives you heart disease or diabetes but given that the culture is controlled by those getting rich off the back of it then it's not likely to change anytime soon.

Like anything. It's all politics. We're being played constantly and not for our own benefit.

the allams, all they did is want to change the name of a football team
they made sure we didnt do a derby back in 2010 or 2011

    we got to europe
we got to a fa cup final
    and two promotions

    is it really that bad
its a god damn name change that wasnt succesfull
i think we all made a mistake

theres far more important stuff than a failed name change for a ****ing team name
its a team we all pay for at the ssame stadium in the same city
    it failed
    we all over reacted ffs
its our club, there is always worse, we wasted so much time not going to games but then its too late
and now we go to games with tickets barely with the energy to go, i wish i never stopped going
what a waste of time and experience boycotting city was, we barely have much time to enjoy life and we waste it boycotting a club, its over before we know it, dont waste it doing some stupid boycott, just enjoy life

owners and managers and players come and go

To the Allams, I was a customer.
They treated this customer with zero respect.
This customer took his custom elsewhere.
Let's hope the new owners know how to respect their customers.

Presumably you will require stakeholder's views? He's delusional, there's been no change to his flatulence. He farts like a meat eating trooper. Apologies I have no data, and it's rhetoric. It's not for me to tell you how to write your report, but can I suggest you could maybe add my quote in a speech bubble?.
By the way, if it's useful, it is obvious he was brought up properly. I've never heard him pass wind in front of women.

One of the huge jumps in human performance (physical and mental) coincided with discovering fire because we could get significantly more protein from each meal just so you know.
