Have you even been on a medieval night, no knives or forks just a dirty great wooden spoon for the gruel ( not sure of the spelling ) chicken by the bucket load and ale to drown in… best night of my life, boxed off one of the saucey maids who served us that night but the next morning when I woke up I had chicken fat plastered all over my face, the lady had left. “ Memories of an almost single lad “
    Title of my memoirs…

Yeah I think the big thing for me is I never feel full after eating vegetarian food, I'm really not sure why.

    Depends what you’re eating.
If it’s balanced in terms of protein & carbs you should be ok.
I’d agree that it doesn’t make you feel bloated like meat does though.

My daughter grows them on a mountain in southern Spain, well they grow on her land there lol, along with olives, oranges, lemons, limes and grapes, though I wouldn’t recommend the grapes, sour as hell, great for wine ****ing awful to eat..

Yeah even if I eat bread or noodles or rice it still doesn't seem to work.

I have tried to cut down a lot of red meat this year - barely eat steak anymore, mainly chicken and fish.
